About Me

What I do

Dynamic Core Stabilisation

Cao, I am Coach Ognjen, here to help you fix your lower back pain. Thank you for purchasing my program! We are embarking on an incredible journey of recovery and development and if you would like to know more about anything outside of the program or support my work in any way, please get in touch with me on my social media.

But before we get into all of that, I just need to make something very clear: I am not here to just give you a list of exercises to do, I am here to help you understand what is happening in your body and how it responds to each movement so that you can get the full benefit in the shortest time possible.

As a 5th DAN Taekwondo master-instructor and Biomechanics Specialist, I’ve come across many Martial Artists over the years with lower back pain caused by a number of reasons. These often include weak and tight muscles, immobility, incorrect kicking form, and over-training. I would be asked what specialized exercises were needed to fix this and I would help make adjustments along the way.

I saw how quickly they were back on their feet training, pain-free, and  realised that I could share my knowledge and experience with other martial artists around the world to help them reach their full potential. Now, in this specialised program, I have put together 25 years of that knowledge and experience to help you get back to kicking butt in no time!

I will teach you how to:

Objective of this program:

Athlete Biomechanics assessment and Athlete “Prehab”.

Feature One

In all Sports, athletes use some muscle groups more than the others

Feature Two

The over used muscles lead to body imbalances that can lead to inhibiting an athlete’s performance as well as causing injuries.

Feature Three

What Prehab training does is balance the muscles

Feature Four

To put it in simple words, Prehab prevents Rehab.

Feature Five

Whether an imbalance is due to the repetitive movement patterns of the sport

Feature Six

Or from the everyday postural imbalances developed through daily movement habits

Feature Seven

Therefore, a specifically tailored program will improve the athlete’s movement pattern

Feature Eight

Which will reflect in better performance within the sport.
