Cao, I am Coach Ognjen, here to help you fix your lower back pain. Thank you for purchasing my program! But before we get into all of that, I just need to make something very clear: I am not here to just give you a list of exercises to do, I am here to help you understand what is happening in your body and how it responds to each movement so that you can get the full benefit in the shortest time possible.
As a 5th DAN Taekwondo master-instructor and Biomechanics Specialist, I’ve come across many Martial Artists over the years with lower back pain caused by a number of reasons. These often include weak and tight muscles, immobility, incorrect kicking form, and over-training. I would be asked what specialized exercises were needed to fix this and I would help make adjustments along the way.
I saw how quickly they were back on their feet training, pain-free, and realised that I could share my knowledge and experience with other martial artists around the world to help them reach their full potential. Now, in this specialised program, I have put together 25 years of that knowledge and experience to help you get back to kicking butt in no time!
