What is it?

Rugby players should not follow a bodybuilding-type program but one that is more specific to the sport of rugby – You WILL still see muscle growth, but it will be a byproduct of training rather than the main training aim

Who is it for?

Want to be a better rugby player? You’ll probably want to get fitter and stronger. This  includes all our best  conditioning for rugby players. Whether you’re a forward or a back, a prop or a winger, we’ve got something that can help you get in fighting shape for the upcoming rugby season.
