Pre-Season Rugby Conditioning

Calling all rugby players! – Pre-Season Conditioning.

Don’t let the off season get you down and lazy. Join Sportpro HPC with our 5 phase rugby Pre-Season conditioning programme, stretching over 7 months from September 2019 to March 2020. The Pre-Season pack includes: Physical preparedness, Strength and aerobic training in a International standard conditioning facility, Power and speed training plus olympic lifting techniques and finally SPARQ(Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, Quickness) training to prepare the mind and body for the in-season. The 7 months of training inlcudes individualised training programmes and 4 tests with critical feedback from our sport scientists. All programmes are inline with International World Rugby standards.

Pre Season Juniors

  • Primary School, 9 - 13 years
  • 1 September to 28 February
  • Periodic Testing
  • Programme adaptations to specific individual needs
  • Based on international Sports & Conditioning trends
  • 6 Month programme
  • Includes 3 performance skill sessions per week
  • Speed & Agility
  • Rehab sessions including steam room & ice bath

R1500 / Monthly

Pre Season Seniors

  • Seniors 14 + years, High school, Varsity & Club
  • 1 September to 28 February
  • Periodic Testing
  • Programme adaptations to specific individual needs
  • Based on international Sports & Conditioning trends
  • 6 Month programme
  • Includes 3 performance skill sessions per week
  • Speed & Agility
  • Rehab sessions including steam room & ice bath
