What’s it all about?

With a focus on injury prevention, functional and athletic movements, these classes are comprised of dynamic warm ups, agility, cardiovascular, strength, balance, and core conditioning movements. Recovery sessions complete the workout with partner flexibility and foam roller myofascial work. Level 3/4.

 

Ladies conditioning training:

which is suitable for any female that has never lifted a weight before; it is in fact the routine that you can start as a begginer, having never lifted a weight. It is also very practical for those not wishing to go to a regular gym, because of all the weird machines & no idea what you’re doing. all of the exercises will be based around your own level of strength.
